<p><strong>This is a remote working position. You may reside anywhere within the United States.</strong></p><p>Marketing experience within the Home building industry is <strong>required</strong>.</p><p><a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/do-you-convert">Do You Convert</a> is seeking an experienced new home digital marketer to help manage search engine marketing, Facebook/Instagram, email marketing, and other marketing activities for home builders and developers across North America. We continue to experience exponential growth and increasingly high demand for our results driven solutions. <strong>You do not need to be a current expert in every area - we will help you with training and support as you ramp up your knowledge!</strong></p><p>This position touches many different marketing channels that drive qualified traffic to the home builder's website. To be successful will require managing budgets, ad targeting, and creative - as well as top notch customer service and empathy for those on the team of our builder partners.</p><h3><strong>Facebook / Instagram Ad Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Manage the creation of campaigns based on stated goals of client</li><li>Maintain accuracy of price points, community status (sold out, coming soon, etc), and any listed features.</li><li>Track, report, and analyze website analytics on all social campaigns</li><li>Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies</li><li>Optimize copy and images for all social campaigns to maximize ad spend ROI</li><li>Coordinate with individual builder partner requests and goals</li></ul><h3><strong>Search Engine Marketing Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns</li><li>Maintain accuracy of price points, community status (sold out, coming soon, etc), and any listed features.</li><li>Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns</li><li>Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies</li><li>Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns</li><li>Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization</li><li>Research and analyze competitor SEM campaigns</li><li>Identify SEO opportunities based on SEM data and results</li><li>Coordinate with individual builder partner requests and goals</li></ul><h3><strong>Other Marketing Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Edit and update existing email marketing templates</li><li>Regular analysis and reporting of research findings</li><li>General support and assistance for our builder partners</li></ul><h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3><ul><li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>Home builder experience required</strong></li><li>3+ years of proven digital marketing experience and success driving traffic that converts</li><li>2+ year
