<h3>Position Title:</h3>Senior Technical Training Specialist<h3>Salary Range: </h3>Senior Technical Training Specialist (Grade 15, Exempt). Annual salary range: $86,560 – $108,200. This range reflects the minimum to midpoint of the grade. Salary may exceed the midpoint and will commensurate with experience.<h3>Job Description Summary:</h3>The Senior Technical Training Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and personally delivering technical training and enablement programs for the Government Accounts team, with a primary focus on Salesforce CRM, Power BI, and related Government Accounts/data systems. This position creates scalable learning structures, training strategies, documentation, and delivery methods that improve tool adoption, process consistency, data quality, and operational effectiveness.<div><div><div>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</div><div><div><ul><li>Support the identification of learning needs by analyzing performance and competence data to identify gaps in relation to required levels; recommend priorities for learning and development (L&D) interventions.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Design and develop content for training courses to fill gaps in established programs, and run complex or customized training courses to improve employee performance. Involves focusing on a specific functional area.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Identify product training needs and develop, design, and evaluate content for programs for specific areas to fill gaps in established programs; run complex and/or customized product training courses to improve employee performance within specific functional area.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Deliver training sessions or programs, engaging, advising, and guiding learners and evaluating the achievement of intended learning outcomes.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Design and develop training courses or strands of a learning and development (L&D) program; incorporate specified L&D methodologies and delivery channels; develop relevant content and high-quality learning resources to ensure high levels of learner engagement and achievement of learning outcomes.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Help senior colleagues manage internal client and customer relationships by using relevant client systems.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Contribute to reviewing existing operations in own area of work, and generate new ideas to assist in identifying continuous improvements.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Help to prepare training for digital areas within existing programs.
