This role reports to the VP of Engineering and is remote within the US or Canada.</p><h3>What You'll Do</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">You'll own engineering delivery across materials estimation, vendor integrations, and our emerging materials marketplace — from day-to-day execution to longer-horizon platform thinking. You'll lead through an Engineering Manager and a growing team, setting the operating rhythm, delivery culture, and technical standards for the Materials organization.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and external partners. You don't need to arrive knowing the homebuilding materials space cold — but you do need to build credibility fast, earn trust from people who've lived in the domain, and translate ambiguity into clear priorities and reliable delivery.
