Join us and be part of a team that's shaping the future of hospitality!</p><h3>Job Purpose </h3><p>Drives hotel development growth across an assigned region by identifying, sourcing, and securing hotel development opportunities that expand and strengthen the brand portfolio.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities </h3><ul><li>Manages territory effectively by soliciting highly qualified, new properties to the BWH brand family by identifying, researching, developing, and executing effective sales, marketing, and development methods.</li><li>Achieves assigned quotas by effectively managing unit growth.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Experience and Education </h3><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of sales-related experience, including management level assignments, in proactive marketing within the hospitality, lending or related real estate industry.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree of related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience</li></ul><h3>Required Knowledge and Skills </h3><ul><li>Knowledge of hospitality, real estate or franchise sales and development.</li><li>Receives strategic direction. </li><li>Sales and growth focused achiever. </li><li>Relational skills internal and external to organization</li></ul><h3>Work Location & Travel</h3><ul><li>This is a remote based position with travel up to 70%.</li><li>Geography/territory to be determined. </li><li>Valid driver’s license, serviceable automobile and proof of insurance may be required.</li></ul><h3>Pay </h3><ul><li>The starting salary for this role is estimated to be between $120,000 and $135,000.</li><li>Actual base pay, however, will be determined based on several factors, which include but are not limited to: applicable skills, work experience, education, business needs, and market demands. </li><li>This position is bonus eligible. </li></ul><p><b>This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.</b></p><h3>Benefits Summary<b> for Full-Time Employees </b></h3><p><b>· Medical/Dental/Vision available day one</b></p><h3><b>·Vacation/Sick- accruals s
