Reporting to the Senior Director of the Service PMO, this individual serves as the primary operational leader during overnight execution, ensuring multiple concurrent workstreams remain on schedule, meet quality standards, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.</p><p>This role requires a proactive leader who can make critical decisions in real time, manage operational escalations, optimize resources, and coordinate cross-functional teams, field technicians, and service partners.
