Think <strong>Shopify for food & retail</strong> scalable, affordable, and built for growth.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong><br>We are hiring a <strong>Head of Growth & Product</strong> to drive the next phase of our journey. This is a <strong>senior leadership role </strong>where you will own both <strong>growth strategy and product development</strong>, working directly with the founders. The ideal candidate is a <strong>proven operator from the SaaS, food delivery, or marketplace space</strong> who can scale adoption fast, while building a product roadmap that wins globally.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><strong>Growth & Sales</strong>:<ul><li>Lead all marketing and sales efforts to acquire <strong>200+ restaurants and retail clients in the first year</strong></li><li>Build repeatable <strong>go-to-market systems</strong> (sales processes, digital funnels, partnerships, onboarding)</li><li>Design and execute <strong>growth experiments</strong> to optimize acquisition, retention, and monetization</li></ul></li><li><strong>Product Leadership</strong>:<ul><li>Act as <strong>Product Owner</strong>, shaping the roadmap and ensuring product-market fit</li><li>Collaborate closely with development teams to deliver high-quality features</li><li>Integrate customer feedback and market research into product strategy</li></ul></li><li><strong>Leadership & Strategy</strong>:<ul><li>Work hand-in-hand with founders to define and execute growth strategy</li><li>Build scalable playbooks for future SaaS/app launches</li><li>Represent the company in key client and partner discussions</li></ul></li></ul><h3>What Were Looking For</h3><ul><li>5+ years of experience in <strong>growth, product, or commercial leadership</strong> roles</li><li>Background in <strong>SaaS, marketplaces, or food/delivery platforms</strong> (e.g., Foodpanda, Blink, Careem, Bykea, Deliveroo, etc.)</li><li>Proven record of <strong>scaling B2B SaaS or tech-enabled products</strong></li><li>Strong <strong>sales skills</strong> (deal closing, process building, team management)</li><li>Hands-on knowledge of <strong>digital marketing</strong> (SEO, PPC, partnerships, content strategy)</li><li>Entrepreneurial, data-driven, and capable of thriving in a <strong>startup/scale-up environment</strong></li></ul><h3>Why Join Us</h3><ul><li><strong>Full ownership</strong> of growth & product strategy</li><li>Competitive salary + <strong>perfor
