Coordinates PACE center building-related activities. This includes ensuring that appropriate preventative maintenance for existing and ongoing sites aremaintained. Duties include assuring that operational standards are met while ensuring facilities are safe and well-functioning. </strong></p><h3><strong>Core Responsibilities &amp; Expectations for the Role</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Inspects building structures to determine repair and renovation needs. </strong></li></ul><ul><li><strong>Maintains a preventative maintenance schedule. </strong></li></ul><ul><li><strong>Coordinate facility related vendors.</strong></li></ul><ul><li><strong>Manages the upkeep of equipment and facility related supplies to meet health and safety requirements </strong></li></ul><ul><li><strong>Participate in continuing education classes and any required staff and training meetings.</strong></li></ul><ul><li><strong>Maintains professional affiliations and any required certifications.</strong></li></ul><h3><strong>Required Qualifications: </strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Minimum of 3 years of facility maintenance experience, preferably in a geriatric care setting.</strong></li></ul><ul><li><strong>Advanced mechanical skills and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC and other building systems.</strong></li></ul><ul><li><strong>Proficiency with repair tools and techniques.</strong></li></ul><ul><li><strong>Aligns with our purpose and our values, and is excited about living those out in daily practice</strong></li></ul><ul><li><strong>Ability to thrive in
