The Country Manager leads on developing and implementing national program strategies to advance our mission and global objectives. They are also responsible for growing 350's influence, income, and impact in the US, blazing a trail towards an increasingly independent and well-resourced programme. This includes providing strategic and inspiring leadership to a diverse, multifunctional and passionate group of stakeholders; stewarding internal processes including communication and digital, collaboration and coordination, building alignment around strategic steer, values and political analysis; and driving local supporter growth, visibility, alliances and fundraising, as part of the organization’s global strategy to grow and strengthen a powerful climate justice move
