<p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Project Manager</p><h3>About the Role</h3><p>We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver medium to large-scale work packages within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery, and driving collaboration across cross-functional teams.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Plan, execute, and deliver projects using Agile principles.</li><li>Manage medium to large work packages from initiation to completion.</li><li>Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and deliverables.</li><li>Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.</li><li>Ensure alignment with organizational goals and maintain transparency through reporting.</li><li>Develop and maintain project documentation, including roadmaps, timelines, and status reports.</li><li>Coordinate with product owners and technical teams to ensure backlog refinement and prioritization.</li><li>Manage dependencies across multiple teams and projects.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement by analyzing metrics and implementing best practices.</li><li>Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance frameworks.</li><li>Mentor and coach team members on Agile principles and practices.</li><li>Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate effective communication across all levels.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications &amp; Experience</h3><ul><li>3–5 years of experience in Agile project management.</li><li>PMP Certification is mandatory.</li><li>Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).</li><li>Proven ability to manage medium to large-scale projects successfully.</li><li>Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams.</li><li>Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar platforms.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.</li><li>Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices is a plus.</li><li>Certification in Agile (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist) highly desirable.</li><li>Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, or related field;</li><li>Masters degree is an advantage.</li><li>Deep understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and best practices.</li><li>Knowledge of project governance, risk management, and compliance standards.</li><li>Familiarity with business process improvement and change management methodologies.</li><li>Understanding of resource planning, capacity management, and financial tracking.</li><li>Awareness of emerging trends in Agile,
