We exist to help workplaces thrive through engagement.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across SMB to midmarket accounts.</li><li>Engaging with HR leaders to position Workvivo as a strategic partner.</li><li>Developing and executing territory plans that drive pipeline growth and account expansion.</li><li>Collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure seamless customer experiences.</li><li>Achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management.</li></ul><h3>What we’re looking for</h3><ul><li>2 - 5 years of SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years focused on employee engagement, survey, or listening solutions.</li><li>Build trusted relationships with senior HR decision-makers.</li><li>Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles lasting 3–6+ months.</li><li>Communicate with clarity and confidence in executive-level presentations.</li><li>Apply consultative selling skills to uncover customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.</li><li>Show equivalent practical experience in software or HR technology sales.</li><li>Bring experience selling SaaS solutions to organizations with 500 - 2500 employees.</li></ul><h3>Salary Range or On Target Earnings:</h3><h3>Minimum:</h3>$139,100.00<h3>Maximum:</h3>$283,700.00<p>In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.</p><p>Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.</p><p>We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations</p><p>At Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
