<h2>Our mission</h2> <p><strong>We are on a mission to save our planet - one second hand product at a time.</strong></p> <p>As Product Owner - Onsite Experience, you will own momox fashion’s web shop and all associated processes. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of stakeholders and engineers to provide our customers with a best-in-class shopping experience.</p> <h2>Your mission</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Product Strategy &#x26; Roadmap:</strong> Co-create a data-driven vision and product strategy and translate it into an actionable product roadmap. Define and prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility</li> <li><strong>Customer Centricity:</strong> Develop user-focused solutions using Design Thinking methodologies and collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive, visually appealing interfaces</li> <li><strong>Testing and Analytics:</strong> Implement testing frameworks (e.g., A/B testing) and leverage analytics to optimize performance and identify opportunities for improvement</li> <li><strong>Collaboration and Lateral Leadership:</strong> Partner with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Pricing, and Marketing, to ensure a seamless and consistent customer journey</li> <li><strong>Product Development:</strong> Manage technical requirements for product changes in close alignment with the Engineering teams</li> <li><strong>E-commerce Optimization:</strong> Oversee critical e-commerce functionalities, including product discovery, search, cart, checkout and payments, ensuring they meet localization and compliance needs</li> <li><strong>Growth Support:</strong> Collaborate with marketing to enhance customer engagement and retention through personalized experiences and data-driven strategies</li> </ul> <h2>Your profile</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role, including experience in the e-commerce sector</li> <li><strong>Strategic Capability:</strong> Ability to align product strategies with business goals, particularly for internationalization, customer retention, and conversion</li> <li><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong> Experience in e-commerce product development, particularly search functionalities, conversion rate optimization, and personalization. Familiarity with backend and service integrations (e.g., recommendation engines, payment providers, search providers), and data-driven decision-making. Familiarity with Shopify is a plus</li> <li><strong>Methodological Proficiency:</strong> Skilled in agile methodologies, user testing, and ideation techniques, with experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar</li> <li><strong>Interpersonal Skills:</strong> Strong communication and presentation abilities, with experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams</li> <li><strong>Analytical Acumen:</strong> Expertise in utilizing analytics tools to inform decis
