Future Beauty Brands has a very fast paced culture, with the senior management team coming from major CPG companies and having strong records of growing businesses.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>JOB TITLE: National Account Manager Drug/Sephora</strong></p><p><strong>DEPT/LOCATION: US Sales/Hybrid</strong></p><p><strong>REPORTS TO: Senior Sales Director - Beauty</strong></p><p>Key Internal Relationships: Trade Marketing, Operations, Purchasing, Marketing and Product Development</p><p>Key External Relationships: Category Managers, DMM, buyer/replenishment, marketing</p><p><br></p><p><strong>JOB PURPOSE: </strong></p><p><strong>National Account Manager for a number of strategic customers that develops, plans and executes both brand and customer goals in a jointly profitable outcome: </strong></p><ul><li>Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.</li><li>Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.</li><li>Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer and internal relationships.</li><li>Managing and developing team to deliver on corporate strategic goals and develop talent within team.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Exceed sales budget targets </strong>by developing and executing a strategic customer plan that includes: expanding distribution, launching innovation, executing a measured promotional plan and pivoting when appropriate.</li><li><strong>Grow P&L contribution </strong>by growing top line sales, reducing operational costs and maximizing ROI on trade/markdown spend.</li><li><strong>Increase share of brands </strong>by expanding into new markets or customers, replacing competitive brands in existing retailers and creating a beauty statement within each category.</li><li><strong>Create an award-winning team </strong>with direct oversight of brokers and working directly with retailers.</li><li><strong>Maintain accurate weekly S&OP forecasts by customer or region </strong>by reporting on-time sku movement, layering in promotional influence and understanding customer current weeks of supply.</li><li><strong>Develop, maintain and create customer or regional reporting for both internal and external use: </strong>examples are not limited to weekly POS, syndicated dates analytics, NPD performance tracking, holiday sell-through and Adhoc analysis.</li><li><strong>Lead internal planning and execute plans </strong>by creating, evaluating and managing profitable/strategic opportu
