<p>Our client <strong>Rin Technologies </strong>is looking for <strong>Assistant Manager Business Development.</strong></p><p><strong>Job Description:<br></strong>We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented <strong>Assistant Manager – Business Development</strong> to drive international client acquisition across the <strong>International markets</strong>. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in generating business opportunities for IT services including <strong>Data Science, AI/ML, Digital Marketing, Web Development, Mobile App Development, and Software Solutions</strong>.</p><p>The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing strong business relationships, and securing projects from international markets through different online platforms, networking, and direct outreach.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Identify and generate new business opportunities from international markets i</li></ul><h3>Acquire projects related to:</h3><ul><li> Web Development</li><li> Mobile App Development</li><li> Full Stack Development (Python, .NET &amp; more)</li><li> AI / ML Solutions</li><li> Data Science &amp; Analytics</li><li> SaaS-Based Solutions</li><li> Digital Marketing 360° solutions</li><li>Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets. </li><li>Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, email marketing, cold calling, and networking platforms. </li><li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with global clients and partners. </li><li>Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and project pitches. </li><li>Coordinate with technical teams to understand client requirements and prepare tailored solutions. </li><li>Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project terms with clients. </li><li>Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and business reports. </li><li>Conduct market research to identify new trends, technologies, and business opportunities. </li><li>Represent the company in international business meetings, online conferences, and exhibitions if required.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field. </li><li>3–4 years of experience in IT business development or software sales. </li><li>Strong understanding of IT services and emerging technologies. </li><li>Proven experience in international client hunting and project acquisition. </li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. </li><li>Experience with bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, or PeoplePerHour. </li><li>Knowledge of CRM tools and lead generation strategies. </li><li>Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. </li><li>Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).</li></ul><h3>Preferred Skills:</h3><ul><li>Existing international client portfolio will be a plus. </li><li>Experience working
