Supports sales and service inquiries as well as pre-cruise add-ons, website support, and post-cruise inquiries. Knowledge of regional business practices, as well as local business culture and policies. </li><li>Actively participate in ongoing feedback and coaching sessions from their Coach as well as contribute to team meetings. </li></ul><p><strong>To apply for the role, you must have the following:</strong></p><ul><li>Min. High School diploma</li><li>1+ year of customer service experience required.</li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Teams. Ability to learn new internal systems quickly such as Launchpad, Fun Shops, I-Care, GMP, etc. </li><li>Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the job. Desk operates 7 days a week, including Holidays from 5 pm to 4 am EST. May require varying shift work. </li><li>Customer service experience in the hospitality industry or Contact Center preferred. </li><li>Ability to multi-task multiple systems and ability to resolve customer issues in a clear, calm, and diplomatic manner. Effective at customer resolution, domestically and internationally. Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as listening skills. Ability to be a self-starter with a strong work ethic. Demonstrates creative problem-solving skills and a good balance between company revenue objectives and customer satisfaction. Effective at resolving challenging customer issues while demonstrating empathy.</li></ul><p><strong>It will also be favorable if you have the following:</strong></p><ul><li><p class="Default">In addition to other duties/functions, this position requires full commitment and support for promoting ethical and compliant culture.
