The team is scaling quickly and is investing heavily in its go-to-market engine, making this a rare ground-floor opportunity to grow alongside the business.</p><h3>The Opportunity</h3><p>As a Business Development Representative, you will be a core driver of top-of-funnel growth, generating and qualifying pipeline that fuels the broader sales organization. You will work closely with the BDR manager and sales leadership in a high-energy environment where your effort and creativity translate directly into impact.</p><p>This is a role for someone scrappy and ambitious who wants to learn the craft of modern sales from the ground up, build real relationships with prospects, and earn a path toward larger responsibilities as the team grows.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting across email, phone, and social channels</li><li>Research target accounts and craft creative, personalized outreach that resonates with prospects</li><li>Book qualified meetings for the sales team and help build a strong, consistent pipeline</li><li>Partner closely with sales leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and process</li><li>Track activity and learnings to continuously improve outreach effectiveness</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Self-starter energy with a scrappy, creative approach to opening doors</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>High drive and resilience, with a genuine desire to build a career in sales</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment</li><li>Bonus: standout achievement in a competitive arena (athletics, entrepreneurship, or similar) or early sales experience</li></ul><p>Originally posted on <a href="https://himalayas.app">Himalayas</a></p>
