The segment generates approximately $1.49B in revenue, with a global footprint across 10 countries, 40+ sites, ~4,000 employees and a strong runway for sustainable, profitable growth.</p><h3>Job Summary:</h3><p>The Human Resources (HR) Analyst will report to the HR Manager, Operations Excellence for Health & Science Technologies. This role will collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics to make data-driven recommendations related to workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and legal compliance. As processes and standardization are achieved, this role will play a critical role in the transformation of our workforce metrics into actionable strategies, ensuring HR initiatives align with broader business goals.</p><p>This role is fully remote; however, candidates should be located within the Eastern Time Zone. We prefer candidates residing in the Greater Philadelphia, New Jersey, Delaware, Connecticut, or New York metropolitan areas to facilitate occasional in-person meetings and collaboration.</p><h3>Duties & Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the Workday human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors’ practices, and other sources.</li><li>Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.</li><li>Designs, develops, and maintains custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to demonstrate trends which imp
