This is an <b>entry-level sales role</b> designed for individuals who are eager to guide others on their path from <b>Education to Employment</b>. Although the title includes “manager,” this is <b>not a management role</b>—rather, it focuses on assessing student needs and managing sales processes related to training and education.<br><br>As a TAM, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, helping them identify the training programs that best match their career goals. You’ll play a vital role in advising students on educational pathways, assisting with enrollment and financing options, integrated with partner relationships and providing excellent customer service throughout their journey.<br><br><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li style="margin-left:8px;">Understand all training program offerings and their modalities: Online, Live Online Synchronous, In-Classroom, and Live Mentored.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Guide students through career assessments to match them with appropriate programs.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Advise students on financial assistance options based on their unique situations and school affiliations.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Build a strong understanding of the certificates and credentials offered across programs.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Manage prospect databases by conducting follow-ups, updating statuses, and maintaining accurate documentation.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Assist students with class registration, payment plans, internship options, lab/test requirements, and onboarding processes.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Offer proactive support and make recommendations to enhance the student experience.</li><li style="
