Watts is a leading brand with a quality reputation — and we have a dynamic future ahead.​</p><h3><u>Scope of Position</u></h3><p>The Territory &amp; Inside Sales Manager is a key contributor within the Watts Water Quality sales organization supporting the Easy Water (EW) business. This role is responsible for driving growth across the US territory by leading inside sales agents, expanding the EW dealer network, and increasing direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales. This individual will focus on improving team performance, strengthening dealer partnerships, and maximizing inside sales effectiveness to deliver against revenue and growth objectives across both channels.</p><p>This position is responsible for supervision of Residential Sales Representatives.</p><p>This position reports to the Director of Sales and is remote.</p><h3><u>Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities</u></h3><ul><li><p>Leads, coaches, and supports a team of inside sales agents to achieve and exceed defined KPIs, including conversion rates, call activity, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction metrics.</p></li><li><p>Monitors individual and team performance, providing ongoing feedback, coaching, and development to improve effectiveness and results.</p></li><li><p>Drives growth of the Easy Water (EW) dealer business by strengthening existing partnerships, increasing engagement, and identifying opportunities to expand dealer sales performance.</p></li><li><p>Partners with inside sales agents to grow direct-to-consumer (DTC) revenue through effective lead management, follow-up, and sales execution.</p></li><li><p>Aligns team activity and priorities to support balanced growth across both the dealer network and DTC channels.</p></li><li><p>Builds and maintains strong relationships with dealers, customers, and internal stakeholders to support long-term growth.</p></li><li><p>Identifies and develops new business opportunities within the territory through both direct outreach and team-driven efforts.</p></li><li><p>Uses data, reporting tools, and CRM systems to track performance, analyze trends, and drive continuous improvement.</p></li><li><p>Communicates regularly with leadership on team performance, pipeline status, and growth initiatives across EW and DTC channels.</p></li><li><p>May participate in
