Join us and help run what runs the world.</p><h3>This position reports to:</h3>VP - Service Sales<h3>__</h3><p>The <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/global-abb">ABB</a> MOSE (Motion Services) Digital Business Line is looking for a motivated <b>Digital</b><b> Sales Leader</b> for its <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/global-abb">ABB</a> Ability Digital Powertrain portfolio solutions. Our segments include, but not limited to, oil & gas, F&B, mining, chemicals, power, water, pharmaceuticals and new energies.</p><p>MOSE’s digital business is growing significantly. To sustain and deliver on our ambitious growth strategy, the division is looking for a dynamic global sales leader with outstanding capabilities at executing sales, underpinned by a robust and disciplined approach to selling. The driving force behind <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/global-abb">ABB</a> has always been its people.</p><p>This role is focused on new business acquisition, territory expansion, and driving net-new revenue. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in value-based software solutions selling in a global setting and account management experience. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end sales including, but not limited to sales strategy, pipeline building, and sales results of <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/global-abb">ABB</a> Ability Digital Powertrain.</p><h3>The work model for the role is: Remote {</h3><p>This role is contributing to the Motion Services Digital Business Line in the US.</p><h3>You will be mainly accountable for:</h3><ul><li><p><b>Pipeline Generation:</b> Execute structured outbound sales motions, including cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach, to build and maintain a healthy pipeline.</p></li><li><p><b>Full-Cycle Sales Execution:</b> Lead the entire sales process—discovery, qualification, demos, proposals, and closing—to drive new business.</p></li><li><p><b>Strategic Account Growth:</b> Develop penetration strategies for target industries and global strategic accounts while building and maintaining key customer relationships.</p></li><li><p><b>Business Development Leadership:</b> Drive strategic initiatives that expand market presence and strengthen long-term partnerships</p></li></ul><p><b>Our team dynamics </b><br>You will join a dynamic and high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.</p><h3>Qualifications for the role </h3><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Information Systems or relevant experience.
