You will be an integral part of a team, driving world-class renewals processes and setting the standard for excellence in customer success.</p><h3>Key Areas of Responsibility</h3><ul><li><p>Lead the strategic approach to account renewals, identifying growth opportunities within the existing customer base.</p></li><li><p>Play a pivotal and proactive role in managing the Renewals team's pipeline, ensuring a smooth renewal process and optimizing customer experiences.</p></li><li><p>Utilize your seasoned negotiation skills to engage with customers, particularly at the senior executive level, retaining their dedication to our services.</p></li><li><p>Mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and contributing to the overall success of the renewals team.</p></li><li><h3>Innovate processes and strategies</h3></li><li><p>Coordinate and contribute to the development of critical revenue-retention strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer success.</p></li><li><p>Serve as an ambassador of the brand, demonstrating leadership in crafting top-tier customer experiences.</p></li></ul><h3>Minimum Requirements</h3><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or another related field of study or equivalent work experience</p></li><li><p>5+ years of experience in Renewals, Sales, Operations, or Account Management.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage distractions effectively</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational and time management skills with proven ability to effectively juggle competing priorities</p></li><li><p>Strong verbal and written communication skills</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to work with a sense of urgency</p></li><li><h3>Strong Attention to detail</h3></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to establish strong internal and external working relationships</p></li><li><p>Basic proficiency with Clari and/or SFDC (or other CRM system)</p></li><li><p>Willing to travel to customer meetings and other internal cross functional meetings.
