We're looking for someone who wants to do more than fill positions—they want to improve recruiting processes, build strong hiring partnerships, and create an exceptional candidate experience as our organization continues to grow.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">If you're proactive, organized, relationship-focused, and passionate about connecting talented professionals with meaningful careers, we'd love to meet you.</p><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meeting through offer acceptance for clinical, operational, and corporate positions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and provide ongoing updates throughout the hiring process.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, job boards, and other creative sourcing methods.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Review applications, evaluate candidate qualifications, and conduct recruiter phone and video interviews.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinate interviews while ensuring a professional and engaging candidate experience.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1
