This position reports to the Controller and will work closely with leadership to support process improvements, NetSuite optimization initiatives, acquisition integrations, audit readiness, and the continued scaling of the accounting function. This is a hands-on position which demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, process orientation, ability to meet deadlines, and the ability to drive financial performance. We are unified around a virtual-first culture centered around teamwork, relentless focus on client outcomes, and individual accountability. </p></div><h3>What you'll be doing:</h3><ul><li>Accounting activities will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP. </li><li>Preparation and presentation of accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements and other necessary reporting documents. </li><li>Assist with state and local tax registrations, annual reports, business license renewals, and other regulatory compliance filings.</li><li>Collaboration in the formal development and implementation of financial policies and procedures. </li><li>Own accounts payable operations including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, payment admini
