You'll work on platforms that power mission-critical systems — all within a flexible, remote-first culture that values deep expertise, autonomy, and continuous learning.</div><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><div><ul><li>Collaborate closely with fellow engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to design, build, and support robust platform solutions</li><li>Architect, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters on AWS and/or Azure</li><li>Design and implement CI/CD pipelines that deliver high-quality code at speed</li><li>Build automated infrastructure with Terraform and other IaC tools</li><li>Lead cloud migration and modernization efforts, including re-platforming legacy workloads (Java, .NET, ETL, databases) to modern cloud-native services</li><li>Automate scaling, deployment, and management of containerized applications</li><li>Monitor, troubleshoot, and fine-tune system performance to ensure reliability, cost-effectiveness, and resilience</li><li>Implement proactive monitoring solutions that detect and prevent outages</li><li>Translate complex client requirements into scalable, automated solutions</li><li>Contribute to team knowledge-sharing, peer reviews, runbooks, and process improvement efforts</li><li>Support and maintain secure, compliant, and resilient infrastructure for critical systems</li></ul></div><h3>Skills Knowledge &amp; Expertise</h3><div><div><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></div><ul><li>5+ years of platform, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering experience</li><li>5+ years of Azure experience </li><li>3+ years with Terraform and other IaC tooling</li><li>2+ years building and operating Kubernetes in production</li><li>Hands-on experience migrating or modernizing legacy workloads (Java, .NET, or similar) to cloud</li><li>Comfort with database and data platform work across SQL and NoSQL technologies</li><li>Experience designing and building scalable, distributed systems</li><li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar)</li><li>Experience designing and building scalable, distributed systems</li><li>Experience in consulting or client-facing delivery roles</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Ability to explain complex techn
