<h3><strong>Digital Marketing Manager – E-commerce (Remote)</strong></h3><p>Work From Home | Full-Time | AU Hours | PH-Based</p><p><a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/outsourcedin">OutsourcedIn</a> is partnering with an Australian stationery e-commerce brand to hire a versatile <strong>Digital Marketing Manager</strong> to support website management, digital campaigns, and overall marketing performance.</p><p>This role focuses on e-commerce, email marketing, analytics, and campaign execution, while driving growth through data, automation, and optimisation.</p><p>The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in <strong>e-commerce, digital marketing, and analytics</strong>, and is confident managing multiple functions in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong><br>You will be responsible for managing the e-commerce website, executing digital marketing campaigns, and tracking performance across multiple channels.</p><p>This is a results-driven role requiring strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to consistently deliver outputs that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Email Marketing & Automation</h3><ul><li><p>Build and send campaigns using Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar</p></li><li><h3>Manage lists, segments, and A/B testing</h3></li><li><p>Set up automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase)</p></li><li><h3>Track and report campaign performance</h3></li></ul><h3>Analytics & Performance Tracking</h3><ul><li><p>Use <strong>Google Analytics and Google Search Console</strong> to monitor website performance</p></li><li><p>Set up and manage tracking for campaigns and conversions</p></li><li><p>Analyse traffic, user behaviour, and campaign performance</p></li><li><p>Provide insights and recommendations for optimisation</p></li></ul><h3>E-commerce & Website Management</h3><ul><li><p>Create and update product listings (titles, descriptions, pricing, variants)</p></li><li><p>Optimise product pages, images, and collections</p></li><li><p>Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with suppliers</p></li><li><p>Perform regular checks for website issues, broken links, and outdated content</p></li></ul><h3>Digital Marketing & Campaigns</h3><ul><li><p>Manage and support <strong>Google Shopping Ads and Google Ads campaigns</strong></p></li><li><p>Support SEO efforts including keyword optimisation and content updates</p></li><li><p>Use CRM tools (e.g., <strong>HubSpot</strong>) to manage leads and marketing workflows</p></li></ul><h3>Social Media Management</h3><ul><li><p>Plan, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn</p></li><li><p>Write captions, create basic Canva content, and edit short-form videos</p></li><li><p>Manage comments and DMs, escalate issues, and track FAQs</p></li><li><p>Monitor performance and suggest weekly improvements</p></li></ul><h3>Mandatory Requirements</h3><ul><li><p>4+ yea
