<h3>Looking for Philippines-based candidates</h3><p><strong>Job Role: </strong>Project Coordinator (Commercial Glazing and Windows)</p><p><strong>Compensation range:</strong> $2,000 AUD - $2,500 AUD / Monthly</p><p><strong>Engagement type: </strong>Independent Contractor Agreement</p><p><strong>Work Schedule: </strong>This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.</p><p><strong>Who We Are: </strong>At <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/hunt-st">Hunt St</a>, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.</p><p><strong>Who The Client Is: </strong>Our client is a growing specialist contractor within the commercial construction sector, delivering high-performance exterior building solutions for complex developments. As the business continues to expand, it is investing in skilled professionals who are passionate about innovation, precision, and delivering outstanding outcomes.</p><p><strong>Role Overview:</strong> The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Project Manager, Operations Manager, Project Engineer, suppliers, contractors and client representatives to help keep multiple commercial glazing and window projects organised and moving.</p><p>This is not a basic administration role. The successful candidate must be able to read construction drawings, understand project documentation, communicate clearly with Australian suppliers and contractors, maintain accurate project records and follow up actions without waiting to be pushed.</p><p>The Project Coordinator will not replace the Project Manager. The role exists to make sure the Project Manager has accurate information, current registers, clear records, fast document processing and reliable follow-up support.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities: </h3><ul><li>Read and review construction drawings, architectural plans, elevations, window schedules, shop drawings, specifications and project documentation to understand the project scope and identify information that needs to be tracked or clarified.</li><li>Maintain drawing registers, shop drawing registers, RFI registers, document registers, procurement trackers, delivery trackers, action registers, variation registers and project closeout trackers.</li><li>Take detailed meeting minutes and conve
