The ideal candidate has experience with project finance, energy transactions, tax equity financings, or corporate M&amp;A and is excited to advise clients developing, financing, acquiring, and operating renewable energy infrastructure projects.</p><h3>What You Will Do</h3><p>Support the development, construction, financing, acquisition, and disposition of renewable energy and energy infrastructure projects.
