<h3>Role Overview</h3><p>Join the Energy Practice of a leading Am Law firm as a Renewable Energy M&amp;A Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate has experience with project finance, energy transactions, tax equity financings, or corporate M&amp;A and is excited to advise clients developing, financing, acquiring, and operating renewable energy infrastructure projects.</p><h3>What You Will Do</h3><p>Support the development, construction, financing, acquisition, and disposition of renewable energy and energy infrastructure projects.
