This role will serve as a key contributor to the monthly close process, financial reporting, internal controls, and continuous improvement initiatives.</p><p>Reporting to the <b>Director of Global Accounting</b>, the Senior Accountant will partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external advisors to ensure accurate financial reporting, strengthen accounting processes, and support strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong technical accounting knowledge, and enjoys solving complex business challenges.</p><h3>Primary Responsibilities</h3><h3>Financial Reporting & Month-End Close</h3><ul><li>Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for the Company's largest operating segment, including U.S. and Canadian operations</li><li>Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and other accounting adjustments in accordance with U.S. GAAP</li><li>Perform account reconciliations and detailed analyses of balance sheet and income statement accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness</li><li>Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies, unusual transactions, and variances</li><li>Assist in the preparation of month-end financial packages and management reports that support operational and strategic decision-making</li><li>Analyze
