In this role, you will own day-to-day benefits administration for the U.S. and Canada, support international benefits, assist with compensation programs, and contribute to core People Ops workflows that improve the employee experience and strengthen operational excellence. </p><p>You will be a key member of a lean global Total Rewards and People Operations team, helping to build and scale processes, controls, and employee support across the function while leveraging AI and related tools to streamline manual work and improve how we operate.</p></div><h4>Responsibilities</h4><ul><li>Own end-to-end U.S. and Canadian benefits operations, including vendor coordination, eligibility and data updates, escalated employee questions, audits, reconciliations, invoice review, and administration workflows.</li><li>Partner with the international benefits lead to support global benefits operations, including vendor and broker coordination, employee inquiries, program documentation, data reconciliation, process improvements, and renewals or new program implementations.</li><li>Support compensation and equity operations by organizing market data, preparing and supporting benchmarking analysis, preparing compensation cycle templates, tracking and recommending offers and adjustments, and assisting with equity reporting and salary range updates.</li><li>Partner within People Ops to improve onboarding and offboarding workflows, documentation, ticket triage, employee lifecycle processes, and employee support, stepping into execution work as needed in a lean team environment.</li><li>Build and maintain SOPs, templates, knowledge base content, recurring audits, and operational reports that improve accuracy, consistency, and visibility across benefits, compensation operations, and People Ops.</li><li>Identify opportunities to strengthen vendor performance, data integrity, compliance controls, and employee experience, and help implement pragmatic improvements over time.</li></ul><h4>Skills and Qualifications</h4><ul><li>8+ years of hands-on experience in benefits administration, Total Rewards operations, People Operations, or
