We're hiring a Bilingual Physician to join our Virtual Urgent Care team.</p><p>At <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/oscar">Oscar</a> Medical Group, we are refactoring healthcare. To help us achieve that goal we are looking for innovative leaders who think big and push boundaries to refactor healthcare and the healthcare delivery system.</p><h3>About the role:</h3><p>You will provide virtual based care to <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/oscar">Oscar</a> Health Insurance members within designated <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/oscar">Oscar</a> states. You will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients using audio, video, and written forms of communication</p><p>You will report into the Medical Director, Virtual Urgent Care.</p><p><strong>Hours:</strong>7AM - 5PM EST (2 weekend days every 4 weeks)</p><h3>Work Location:</h3><p><a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/oscar">Oscar</a> Medical Group is a blended work culture where everyone, regardless of work type or location, feels connected to their teammates, our culture and our mission.</p><p>This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona; Arkansas; California; Colorado; District of Columbia; Florida; Georgia; Illinois; Massachusetts; Michigan; Nevada; New Hampshire; New Jersey; New York; North Carolina; Ohio; Pennsylvania; Texas; or Virginia.While your daily work will be completed from your home office, occasional travel may be required for team meetings and company events.</p><h3>Pay Transparency:</h3><p>The base pay for this role is: $227,226 - $298,233 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits including, but not limited to CME, PTO, 401k, and annual performance bonus.</p><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul>
<li>Provide high quality care for patients in a virtual setting</li>
<li>Collaborate with Physicians and/or Advanced Practice Leads on the Care Team as needed when working with complex patients</li>
<li>Follow up on labs, imaging, and closed loop communication with patients and other providers as needed</li>
<li>Use tooling to allow virtual "exams" including remote home monitoring equipment, remote physical exam, remote point of care diagnostics</li>
<li>Participate in collaborative care model with various care team members including but not limited to registered nurses, medical assistants, PCPs, behavioral health clinicians, and clinical supervisor where applicable</li>
<li>Participate in required meetings to support patient care including huddles, case conferencing and regular service line All Hands</li>
<li>Provide feedback to support improvement in operational workflows and product features</li>
<li>Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
