The team tasks included optical networking issue trouble response for break/fix and Operational Readiness, working with clients to ensure maximum availability of services. Position daily activities include performance monitoring, load management, process adherence/improvement, problem management, staffing and performance management. </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Location and Hours</b></h2></div><div><div>This position is a remote, work-from-home role based in the United States. The successful candidate must be able to work a schedule that primarily consists of <strong>swing and mid shifts</strong>, with flexibility to support business and operational needs as required.
