<div>We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Consultant to join our growing motorcoach company. This role is responsible for following up on inbound leads / existing quotes, gathering feedback on open quotes, and converting inquiries into confirmed reservations.</div><div>The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This position plays a critical role in driving revenue and delivering an exceptional customer experience from first contact to booking.</div><h3>Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST</h3><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>Lead / Quote Follow-Up &amp; Conversion</strong></li><li>Follow up on existing quotes at pre-determined times</li><li>Engage prospects to understand trip details, needs, and decision timelines</li><li>Convert qualified leads into booked reservations</li><li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>Customer Relationship Management</strong></li><li>Build rapport with schools, corporate clients, tour groups, and private customers</li><li>Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales cycle</li><li>Provide professional, friendly, and knowledgeable service</li><li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>Objection Handling &amp; Closing</strong></li><li>Address customer questions regarding pricing, availability, and safety</li><li>Reinforce company value propositions (safety record, reliability, service quality)</li><li>Proactively close sales and secure deposits</li><li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>Lead Management &amp; CRM Tracking</strong></li><li>Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM system</li><li>Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversion outcomes</li><li>Ensure no opportunities fall through the cracks</li><li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>Feedback Collection &amp; Continuous Improvement</strong></li><li>Gather feedback from lost or inactive leads</li><li>Identify trends in objections or lost business</li><li>Provide insights to management to improve pricing, service, and sales strategy</li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or call center experience</li><li>Strong phone presence and written communication skills</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management abilities</li><li>Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools</li><li>Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively</li><li>Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset</li></ul><h3>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):</h3><ul><li>Outbound calls made on time</li><li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>Conversion rates</strong></li><li>Contact rate</li><li>Quote to Reservation</li><li>Quote to Re-Quote</li><li>Follow-up completion rate</li><li>Customer satisfaction scores</li></ul><h3>About 1840 &amp; Company</h3><div>1840 &amp; Company is a global leader in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and remote talent solutions,
