For more information, please visit www.careers.firstam.com.<h3><u><b>What We Do</b></u></h3>The SailPoint Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, Compliance, and IAM technical teams to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions. The role ensures smooth delivery of access governance processes, certification campaigns, and system enhancements aligned with <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/first-american">First American</a>’s Information Security and Compliance objectives<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Engage with business and application owners to gather, document, and analyze SailPoint-related business requirements.</li><li>Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for SailPoint IdentityIQ configuration and workflows.</li><li>Coordinate and manage User Access Reviews (UARs) within SailPoint, including quarterly certification campaigns (8-week cycle).</li><li>Collaborate with Compliance to align SailPoint certifications with regulatory and audit standards.</li><li>Analyze, document, and support enhancement requests, access policy changes, and role updates in SailPoint.</li><li>Partner with IAM Operations to triage and resolve production issues related to SailPoint modules, provisioning, and certification logic.</li><li>Contribute to the automation of manual processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce human error.</li><li>Coordinate with IAM Development, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery of certification cycles and issue resolution.</li><li>Communicate SailPoint processes, campaign updates, and remediation tasks to business users and application teams.</li></ul><h3>Skills and Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Strong working knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ modules, certification campaigns, and workflow management.</li><li>Experience with Identity Governance processes including Access Reviews, Role Management, and Provisioning.</li><li>Ability to document requirements, process flows, and
