Join us and make a difference too!</p><p><b>Enterprise Business Development Manager – CRF (Consumer Goods, Retail, Food)</b><br><b>Location:</b> Homebased, USA</p><h3>About the role</h3><p>We are looking for an <b>Enterprise Business Development Manager – Consumer, Retail & Food</b> to join <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/bsi">BSI</a>’s Global Key Accounts team.</p><p>This role is focused on creating new enterprise partnerships with leading global brands across consumer products, retail, food, manufacturing and supply chain environments.</p><p>As an Enterprise Hunter, you will identify and develop new strategic opportunities, building relationships with senior decision makers and helping organisations solve challenges across quality, sustainability, responsible sourcing, risk management and operational excellence.</p><p>This is a role for someone who thrives on creating momentum — finding opportunities others haven’t identified, opening conversations at executive level and turning market insight into long-term commercial partnerships.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><p>Identify and develop new enterprise opportunities across Consumer, Retail and Food sectors.</p></li><li><p>Target strategic global organisations and create relationships with senior stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of new business opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Understand client priorities and translate them into strategic solutions across <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/bsi">BSI</a>’s portfolio.</p></li><li><p>Create account pursuit strategies focused on long-term growth potential.</p></li><li><p>Identify opportunities across multiple business units, geographies and decision makers.</p></li><li><p>Partner with <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/bsi">BSI</a> subject matter experts to create innovative client solutions.</p></li><li><p>Influence senior stakeholders through insight-led conversations.</p></li><li><p>Maintain strong CRM discipline and opportunity governance.</p></li><li><p>Work collaboratively across global teams to maximise client impact.</p></li></ul><h3><b>What we’re looking for</b></h3><h3><b>Essential</b></h3><ul><li><p>Strong background in enterprise sales, business development or strategic new business roles.</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to acquire new clients and create opportunities independently.</p></li><li><p>Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Strong relationship-building skills with senior executives.</p></li><li><p>Ability to understand business challenges and create commercially compelling solutions.</p></li><li><p>Experience working across international or matrix organisations.</p></li><li><p>A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for winning new business.</p></li></ul><h3><b>Highly desirable</b></h3><ul><li><p>Experience working with or selling into <b
