Our fully owned network infrastructure, resident-first support model, and tailored technology stack enable us to offer a refreshingly different alternative to legacy providers—one rooted in simplicity, reliability, and satisfaction.<br><br><b>Role Overview</b><br>Zentro is seeking a Director of PMO to lead and formalize enterprise-wide project execution across a rapidly evolving, acquisition-driven organization. This role will own the structure, governance, and delivery of cross-functional initiatives spanning technology, operations, finance, and customer experience.<br><br>The Director of PMO will be accountable for driving <b>operational <strong>project discipline</strong></b> and well as periodic <strong>acquisition integrations</strong>, ensuring alignment across departments and translating strategic priorities into executable, measurable outcomes. This is a highly visible role requiring strong operational rigor, stakeholder management, budget ownership and the ability to bring order to ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.<h3><strong>Why This Role Matters</strong></h3>Zentro is in a rapid stage of growth, driven by organic sales expansion in a growing number of cities in the U.S. and acquisitions. Success in this role will directly impact the company’s ability to integrate new businesses, scale efficiently, and execute on strategic priorities without losing momentum in day-to-day operations.<br><br>This role is foundational to building a more disciplined, scalable, and aligned organization.<br><br><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b><h4 style="margin-top:3px;"><strong>PMO Leadership & Governance</strong></h4><ul style="margin-bottom:11px;"><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Establish and lead a centralized PMO function, including frameworks, tools, and standards for project intake, prioritization, execution, and reporting.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Define and enforce project governance, including stage gates, documentation standards, risk management, and escalation protocols.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Build and maintain a portfolio view of all active initiatives, aligned to executive priorities and resource capacity.</li></ul><h4 style="margin-top:3px;"><strong>Cross-Functional Project Execution (BAU)</strong></h4><ul style="margin-bottom:11px;"><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Drive execution of internal, interdepartmental projects across IT, Network Operations, Customer E
