While you might not have heard of us (yet) over 36,000 accounting and audit professionals list Caseware as a skill on their LinkedIn profiles!</div><div><p style="text-align: justify;">As a <strong>Consultant in Professional Services</strong> at Caseware, you will participate in the implementation of Caseware accounting, audit, and assurance solutions, owning delivery from initiation through go-live. You will be the primary solution expert on client engagements, translating business and regulatory requirements into scalable, best-practice Caseware configurations. You will manage senior client stakeholders, ensure delivery quality, and proactively mitigate project risks while working independently or as part of a team on engagements. In addition, you will mentor Associate Consultants, provide solution oversight, and collaborate with Product, Support, Sales, and Engineering teams to resolve issues and improve offerings. Consultants also contribute to pre-sales activities and the continuous improvement of Professional Services methodologies and standards. The Consultant will report to the Director, Professional Services.</p><h3>❗This is an<strong> existing vacancy</strong></h3><div><strong><strong>❗</strong>This is a<strong> full-time, permanent position. </strong></strong></div><div><div><strong><strong>❗This role is remote and open to candidates who reside in and are eligible to work in the United States.</strong></strong></div><div><strong><strong>Note:</strong> Candidates must be willing to work Eastern Time Zone hours.</strong></div></div></div><h3><strong>What you will be doing:</strong></h3><ul><div><li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Lead end-to-end implementations of Caseware accounting and assurance solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training and go-live support.</strong></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Act as the primary solution authority for assigned client engagements, providing expert guidance on Caseware functionality, best practices, and accounting workflow optimization.</strong></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Translate client business and regulatory requirements into scalable, compliant Caseware configurations, ensuring alignment with applicable accounting standards and firm methodologies.</strong></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Manage client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.</strong></li><li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Oversee project execution and delivery quality on non-enterprise projects, including scope control, risk identification, issue resolution, and adherence to timelines, budgets, and service standards.</strong></
