K–12 educators, retirees, veterans, interns, and students are exempt from the deposit.</p><h3>Overview</h3><h3>This is a pro-bono position.</h3><p>The <strong>Business Development Team Lead</strong> provides leadership, direction and planning to identify, reach out to and engage with College and universities of interest that could provide volunteer program instructors.</p><p><a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/jerseystem">JerseySTEM</a> is looking for talented professionals across our departments to commit time and energy as long-term engagement for our mission to provide STEM education to underrepresented middle school girls. </p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>The Team Lead will work closely with the <strong>COLE Department head</strong> to develop and implement effective strategies for recruiting college and university students as volunteer instructors.</li><li>Lead the College Engagement Business Development Team to identify and engage with colleges and universities of interest to the volunteer program.</li><li>Build and foster relationships with key personnel at colleges and universities, including faculty members, administrators.</li><li>Help coordinate and attend events and activities at colleges and universities to promote the volunteer program and recruit potential volunteer instructors.</li><li>Track and report on the effectiveness of college engagement strategies and adjust as needed to achieve program goals.</li><li>Work closely with the Volunteer Program Director to ensure alignment of college engagement strategies with overall program goals and objectives.</li><li>Provide guidance and support to the College Engagement Business Development Team, including training, mentoring, and performance management.</li><li>Mandatory Meetings:</li><ul><li>Conduct/Attend virtual team meetings <strong>weekly</strong> : Sundays 5on EST</li><li><strong>Monthly</strong> Department Heads Meetings(2nd Thursday 7:30pm)</li><li><strong>Quarterly</strong> board Meeting (Last Wednesday 7:30pm)</li></ul><li><h3>Time Commitment </h3><ul><li>3-6 Hours weekly</li><li>6 months minimum</li></ul></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Genuine concern
