K–12 educators, retirees, veterans, interns, and students are exempt from the deposit.</p><h3>Overview</h3><h3>This is a pro-bono volunteer position.</h3><p>The primary role of the copywriter will be to write clear and concise copy for ads, publications and websites. </p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><strong>Attend weekly meeting Fridays 11am.12pm EST</strong></li><li><strong>Write copy for a variety of media including social, print, video, and online</strong></li><li>Work with the HR team to build projects and boklogs</li><li>Interact with employees to be profiled</li><li>Engage with the Webadmin team to make sure the copies are posted</li><li>Edit and proofread copy as needed.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>2+ years of experience as a copywriter</li><li>Excellent time-management and organizational skills</li><li>Knowledge of online content strategy and creation</li><li>BS/BA in marketing, English, journalism or related field preferred</li><li>5 hours per week, 6-12 month minimum commitment</li><li>This position is remote</li></ul><h3>This is a pro-bono volunteer position.</h3><p>Originally posted on <a href="https://himalayas.app">Himalayas</a></p>
