By leveraging a deep understanding of health system IT operational best practices supported by data, <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/guidehouse">Guidehouse</a> propels IT operational improvement and technology adoption across departments and service lines at client organizations. </p><h3><u>What You Will Do</u>:</h3><p>We are seeking a Consultant with Epic revenue cycle experience to support implementation and optimization efforts for healthcare clients. This role involves hands-on participation across revenue cycle functions—from front-end patient access through billing and collections—working under the guidance of senior team members to support successful project delivery.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><p>Support configuration and optimization of Epic revenue cycle applications across front-end, middle, and back-end functions</p></li><li><p>Participate in Epic implementation or optimization projects as part of a project team</p></li><li><p>Assist with current-state workflow analysis and contribute to system-enabled improvement recommendations</p></li><li><p>Build, test, and validate Epic functionality including Patient Access, HIM, Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, and Resolute applications</p></li><li><p>Support development and delivery of end-user training materials and sessions</p></li><li><p>Document workflows, system configurations, and project artifacts</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with project team members, client stakeholders, and technical resources</p></li><li><p>Provide support during go-live activities, including issue tracking and resolution support</p></li><li><p>Help identify system or workflow issues and escalate as needed</p></li><li><p>Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practice documentation</p></li></ul><h3><u>What You Will Need</u>:<p></p><p><b>Education</b></p></h3><ul><li><p><b>Minimum of an Associate's degree required (Healthcare, Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred)</b></p></li></ul><h3><b>Experience</b></h3><ul><li><p><b>2+ years of hands-on <b>Epic revenue cycle experience</b></b></p></li><li><p><b>Experience supporting revenue cycle functions across the <b>end-to-end continuum</b>, with emphasis on <b>back-end operations</b> (billing, collections, denials)</b></p></li><li><p><b>Involvement in at least <b>one Epic implementation or major optimization effort</b></b></p></li><li><p><b>Experience working in a <b>consulting, analyst, or operational support</b> capacity</b></p></li></ul><h3><b>Technical &amp; Functional Skills</b></h3><ul><li><p><b>Working knowledge of <b>Epic
