Are you ready to make a difference?</p><h3>Job Summary</h3><p>We’re looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented Client Manager Consultant to join our Sales Support &amp; Account Management (SSAM) team. In this role, you’ll support brokers and clients throughout the pre‑sale, implementation, and ongoing service lifecycle. You’ll serve as a primary point of contact, manage inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a smooth, accurate, and compliant experience from start to finish. This position is ideal for someone who excels at relationship management, problem‑solving, and navigating complex processes with clarity and confidence.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><p>Serve as the main contact for brokers and clients, ensuring timely, accurate support.</p></li><li><p>Manage inquiries and resolve issues by partnering with Sales, Operations, Compliance, and other internal teams.</p></li><li><p>Provide product and process guidance to brokers and clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.</p></li><li><p>Monitor accounts to ensure timely processing of documentation, payments, and transactions.</p></li><li><p>Identify opportunities to improve processes and participate in team or department projects.</p></li></ul><h3>Skills and Background You’ll Need</h3><p><b>Education: </b>High school diploma or equivalent</p><p><b>Experience: </b>3+ years of account management experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, or a related industry.</p><ul><li><p>Experience supporting brokers, clients, or customer‑facing relationships.</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage 20–40 projects at once (up to 60 during peak season).</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interpret complex information.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Pro, and administrative systems.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.</p></li></ul><h3>Key Behaviors of a Successful Candidate</h3><ul><li><p><b>Relationship‑Oriented:</b> Builds strong, positive relationships with brokers, clients, and internal partners to support long‑term success.</p></li><li><p><b>Problem‑Solver:</b> Anticipates issues, identifies root causes, and delivers effective solutions quickly.</p></li><li><p><b>Cust
