This full-time role is responsible for managing daily accounting tasks with a focus on accounts receivable. You’ll also support the preparation of financial statements and assist with documentation for tax reporting and other accounting functions. We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.</p><p><em>To be considered for this role, you must complete a full application on our company careers page, including all screening questions and a brief pre-employment test.</em></p><h3>-</h3><h3>POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES</h3><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Manage Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, applying manual payments, generating aging reports, and reconciling customer accounts.</li><li>Record routine journal entries and bank transactions.</li><li>Process AR payments and credit card transactions as needed.</li><li>Assist with month-end closings and account reconciliations.</li><li>Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial data.</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations.</li><li>Collaborate with and support team members as needed.</li></ul><h3>CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS</h3><h3>WONDER IF YOU ARE A GOOD FIT FOR THIS POSITION?</h3><p>The ideal candidate for this role would share and understand the high growth objectives of Mass Markets.
