<h3>About the Role</h3><p>We are seeking a dynamic and organised Student Marketing &amp; Operations Manager to support both our inbound (international students coming to the UK) and outbound (UK students going abroad) programmes.<br>This is a varied, hands-on role combining student support, operational delivery, and marketing outreach. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for students, host families, and partner schools, while contributing to the growth of our study abroad programmes across the UK.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><p>Inbound Programme (International Students in the UK)<br>• Manage and process student and host family applications, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion<br>• Coordinate placements by matching students with suitable host families<br>• Act as a point of contact for inbound students, providing ongoing support throughout their stay<br>• Monitor student wellbeing and respond to any issues or emergencies, ensuring a high level of care and safeguarding<br>• Liaise with schools, host families, and internal teams to ensure smooth programme delivery<br>• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory and organisational requirements</p><p>Outbound Programme (UK Students Going Abroad)<br>• Support the development and delivery of marketing strategy and outreach initiatives<br>• Build and maintain relationships with schools and partners across the UK<br>• Deliver presentations, attend events, and promote study abroad opportunities to prospective students<br>• Guide students and families through the application and enrolment process<br>• Process applications and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant<br>• Work collaboratively with international partners to coordinate placements abroad</p><p>About You</p><h3>Essential Skills &amp; Experience</h3><ul><li>Experience in student services, education, international programmes, or a similar operational role<br>• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<br>• Confidence in presenting and engaging with schools and external partners<br>• High level of attention to detail and administrative accuracy<br>• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a wider team </li><li>UK-based (remote) with regular access to our office in East Kilbride preferred</li> </ul><h3>Desirable</h3><ul><li>Experience in study abroad, exchange programmes, or international education<br>• Marketing or outreach experience, particularly within the education sector<br>• Understanding of safeguarding and student welfare best practices</li> </ul><h3>What We Offer</h3><ul><li>A varied and meaningful role working with young people and international programmes<br>• Opportunity to contribute to the growth of both inbound and outbound programmes</li> </ul><h3>• Flexible, UK-based remote working</h3><ul><li>Supportive and collaborative team e
