This is a remote/offshore role that requires collaboration with our Australia-based teams via online platforms. You will be responsible for design, analysis, and documentation, supporting project execution across commercial and industrial lifting applications.</p><p><em><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></em></p><ul><li><strong>Design &amp; Development:</strong> Remotely design mechanical/structural systems for overhead cranes, hoists, trolleys, and bridge structures, ensuring full compliance with Australian Standards.</li><li><strong>Engineering Documentation:</strong> Prepare and maintain detailed CAD drawings, design calculations, and specifications. Ensure timely updates to documentation as projects evolve.</li><li><strong>Remote Collaboration: </strong>Communicate effectively with local Australian design, manufacturing, and project teams using digital platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.) to integrate designs and resolve technical queries.</li><li><strong>Structural Analysis:</strong> Perform finite element analysis (FEA), stress, and fatigue assessments using appropriate software.</li><li><strong>Safety &amp; Standards: </strong>Ensure all remote work meets applicable safety codes and industry standards.</li><li><strong>Continuous Improvement: </strong>Contribute ideas to improve product performance, reduce costs, and enhance engineering processes while working independently offshore.</li></ul><h3>Essential Criteria:</h3><ul><li>Degree in Mechanical, Stru
