This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role focused on owning the UX roadmap for a major brand within a complex, multi-brand ecosystem.<br><br>This role is not an individual contributor-only position. We are looking for someone who can lead UX strategy, manage and prioritize a UX backlog, support and unblock designers, and partner closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure UX work is aligned to organizational goals and delivered effectively within Agile teams.<br><br>As a consultancy, Concord values collaboration, clarity, and trust. You will work closely with cross-functional Concord teams and client stakeholders, reporting into UX leadership and supporting high-level UX vision while translating it into actionable, prioritized work for designers.<br><br><strong>What You Will Be Doing</strong><br><em>UX Strategy:</em><ul><li>Manage the UX roadmap and backlog for a designated brand within a multi-brand environment.</li><li>Translate organizational and product roadmaps into a clear, prioritized UX backlog with well-defined stories.</li><li>Ensure UX work is aligned with business goals, user needs, and technical constraints.</li><li>Support designers throughout sprint execution by providing context, clarifying requirements, and removing blockers.</li><li>Conduct design reviews, retrospectives, and ongoing feedback sessions.</li></ul><em>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</em><ul><li>Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and other internal teams to gather context and requirements.</li><li>Act as a bridge between UX designers and stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and momentum.</li><li>Confidently communicate UX priorities, tradeoffs, and decisions to leadership and delivery teams.</li></ul><em>Research, Design, and Optimization:</em><ul><li>Periodically jump into Figma to support designers directly when needed (concepts, flows, refinements).</li><li>Ensure consistency with existing design systems while evolving patterns as needed.</li><li>Leverage UX research and A/B testing to inform design decisions and validate outcomes.</li><li>Use data, experimentation, and user insights to continuously improve experiences.</li></ul><br><strong>Wha
