You will serve as a key liaison between technical teams, program managers, and clients, managing system configurations, addressing escalations, and mitigating risks to ensure timely, high-quality system deployments across multiple projects.</p><h3>Job Responsibilities:</h3><ul> <li>Drive the delivery of highly available online systems in support of one or more assessment programs. Coordinate system delivery across multiple integrated systems that often have cross-system dependencies.</li> <li>Scope and track development requirements for new features and enhancements to support assigned programs. Coordinate gap analysis to identify and define gaps between currently supported product capabilities and program/customer requirements.</li> <li>Own the technical specifications process and documents across all online systems.
