<h2>Your new role</h2> <p>Are you enthusiastic about taking care of employee support and administration issues in the People &#x26; Culture area in order to promote a successful and motivating working environment? Become part of our team as (Senior) People Services Partner (all genders) and actively shape our People &#x26; Culture processes while supporting employees in a competent and service-oriented manner. ​In this role, you will be responsible for preparing payroll, driving efficiency, promoting employee wellbeing and ensuring that our People &#x26; Culture practices comply with legal standards and our company's objectives. With your expertise and proactive approach, you will make a direct contribution to a positive company culture.</p> <h2>The work you‘ll do</h2> <ul> <li>Coordination of preparatory payroll accounting for submission to our tax consultancy office in Germany, Austria &#x26; other locations</li> <li>Provide expert advice on employment law issues to ensure that all People &#x26; Culture practices comply with current legal standards and regulations</li> <li>Co-design, implement and improve People &#x26; Culture processes and workflows to increase operational efficiency and align with business objectives.</li> <li>Administrative duties including maintaining employee records, overseeing contract management and ensuring accurate documentation.</li> <li>Trusted point of contact for employees, handling HR-related queries, advising on career development and solving current challenges</li> <li>Benefits administration, as well as development and implementation of health programs to promote employee well-being.</li> </ul> <h2>The qualifications you need</h2> <ul> <li>Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or comparable qualification.</li> <li>At least 3-5 years of professional experience in HR roles with proven experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility, especially preparatory payroll, knowledge of labor law and compliance.</li> <li>Confident in using HR systems &#x26; tools (e.g. Personio, Excel).</li> <li>Ability and enjoyment of designing and optimising HR processes and workflows.</li> <li>Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills to competently advise employees and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.</li> <li>Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).</li> <li>Willingness to work at least 2 days on site in our Munich office.</li> </ul> <h2>What we can offer you</h2> <ul> <li>Permanent employment contract</li> <li>Flexible working hours and the option to work hybrid (2 days/week in the office)</li> <li>30 days of vacation</li> <li>Modern and ergonomically equipped offices with on-site parking</li> <li>Support for further education, including language courses</li> <li>Company pension scheme</li> <li>Workation (up to 20 days per year)</li> <li>Sabbatical opportunity(available after 3 years of company tenure)</li> <
