<h2>Your Role</h2> <p>We are looking for a <strong>Senior</strong> <strong>Engineering Manager</strong> to lead and develop our engineering organization in a highly technical product environment combining <strong>power electronics, battery storage systems, firmware, cloud software, and systems integration.</strong></p> <p>You will be the <strong>disciplinary leader of our developers and own the technical capability, engineering quality, processes, testing, documentation, infrastructure, and sustaining engineering setup</strong> of the organization.</p> <p>This is a key leadership role for building a scalable engineering organization that can deliver reliably in projects while also supporting products in the field to bring value for STABL.</p> <h2>Your mission</h2> <ul> <li>Lead, coach, and develop the engineering team across relevant technical disciplines</li> <li>Own hiring, onboarding, performance management, and capability development</li> <li>Establish and continuously improve engineering standards, testing practices, documentation quality, and development processes</li> <li>Ensure strong technical quality, maintainability, and engineering discipline across the organization</li> <li>Own thesustaining engineering setup, including support for field issues, non-major bugs, technical customer requests, documentation improvements, and small technical investigations</li> <li>Work closely with Program Management to provide capable developersintoactive project work</li> <li>Act as the key engineering leadership counterpart to Product Management &#x26; Program Management</li> </ul> <h2>Your profile</h2> <ul> <li><strong>7+ years in an engineering leadership role, 15+ year professional job experience</strong></li> <li>Strong leadership experience in a <strong>technology-heavy product company</strong></li> <li>Ideally experienced in a <strong>strongly growing company</strong>, best case having lived through scaling from <strong>~50 to ~200 employees</strong></li> <li>Strong technical background in <strong>power electronics, battery storage systems, energy systems, embedded electronics, industrial electronics, or a closely related field</strong></li> <li>Experience leading engineering teams in a <strong>complex hardware/software/system integration environment</strong></li> <li>Strong understanding of engineering quality, technical standards &#x26; processes, and team development</li> <li>Comfortable operating in a matrix organization with Product and Program Management counterparts</li> <li>Strong people leadership combined with technical judgment and organizational clarity</li> <li>Strong value mindset and the ability to consistently align engineering decisions, team setup, and technical execution with the value they create for STABL.</li> </ul> <h2>Why STABL Energy?</h2> <p>STABL Energy is one of the most innovative start-ups in the energy transition, <strong>ees Award winner 2022</strong>, <strong>pv magazine award winner 2025</strong> and named a <st
