<h5><strong><br>Role Overview:</strong></h5><h5>The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving business development and project acquisition for generator and power solutions in the Philippines. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, developing distributor networks, and managing customer relationships across industrial and commercial sectors. This is a highly independent, field-oriented role that combines technical pre-sales and commercial responsibility, requiring the ability to engage customers, understand project requirements, and support the full bidding and proposal process.</h5><p>The ideal candidate is a hunter with strong technical sales experience, capable of operating autonomously, building pipeline from scratch, and translating customer requirements into viable solutions within a project-based environment.</p><h5><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h5><h5><strong>1. Business Development &amp; Market Expansion</strong></h5><ul><li>Drive <strong>new business acquisition</strong> across the Philippines</li><li>Identify and develop opportunities in:<ul><li>Data centers</li><li>Commercial and industrial sectors</li></ul></li><li>Build and maintain a strong <strong>sales pipeline and project funnel</strong></li></ul><h5><strong>2. Distributor / Channel Development</strong></h5><ul><li>Identify, appoint, and manage <strong>local distributors and partners</strong></li><li>Build long-term <strong>channel relationships</strong> to expand market reach</li><li>Support partners in <strong>technical discussions, proposals, and deal closure</strong></li></ul><h5><strong>3. Technical Sales &amp; Pre-Sales Support</strong></h5><ul><li>Engage directly with customers to:<ul><li>Understand project requirements</li><li>Gather technical specifications</li></ul></li><li>Translate customer needs into <strong>clear, actionable inputs</strong> for internal engineering and proposal teams</li><li>Support <strong>bidding, quotations, and solution alignment</strong></li></ul><h5><strong>4. Project &amp; Bid Coordination</strong></h5><ul><li>Manage the <strong>pre-sales lifecycle</strong>:<ul><li>Inquiry qualification proposal submission</li></ul></li><li>Coordinate closely with regional teams on:<ul><li>Technical validation</li><li>Pricing and commercial structuring</li></ul></li><li>Ensure timely and accurate submission of proposals</li></ul><h5><strong>5.
