You will use your subject matter expertise to create and maintain high-quality, practical legal content while collaborating with a team of experienced professionals. This role offers an opportunity to build an alternative legal career that leverages your expertise, writing skills, and interest in legal innovation.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><p>Write, review and edit practice notes, checklists, flowcharts, precedents and other practice-related materials</p></li><li><p>Ensure currency and relevancy of all materials included in the product</p></li><li><p>Monitor trends and legal developments in this practice area</p></li><li><p>Monitor competitiveness of the product offering</p></li><li><p>Recruit and manage relationships with legal practitioners and firms across Canada</p></li><li><p>Make recommendations concerning overall content strategy and direction</p></li><li><p>Work within a cross-functional team to execute on content and product development strategies and deliver high-quality content within timelines</p></li><li><p>Support sales and marketing efforts via product demonstrations, trainings and other initiatives</p></li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li><p>J.D./LL.B. and member of one or more of the bars of any Canadian province or territory (active and in good standing)</p></li><li><p>3+ years of practice experience in Capital Markets, Securities and Public M&amp;A law</p></li><li><p>Deep knowledge of Capital Markets, Securities and Public M&amp;A law and workflow</p></li><li><p>Strong professional network of Cap
