Join our top-notch team of nearly 48,000 professionals globally who are making their mark on some of the world’s most beloved brands, including DEWALT®, CRAFTSMAN®, CUB CADET®, STANLEY® and BLACK+DECKER. </p><h3><i><u>What You Will Get To Do</u></i></h3><ul><li>Organize, plan, and monitor execution of master data build tasks to support various high-impact corporate programs and initiatives.</li><li>Develop and refine internal ways of working across pillars within the Master Data group.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders across business units, IT, and data governance teams to define deliverables and due dates to ensure alignment with strategic goals and team capacity.</li><li>Develop and manage project plans, timelines, schedules, and resource allocations for master data initiatives.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor project progress, chase issue resolution, and communicate status updates to leadership and project sponsors.</li><li>Organize the intake of new master data requests for team prioritization, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives. </li><li>Facilitate change management and training activities to ensure successful adoption of master data solutions.</li><li>Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies related to data integration, migration, and governance.</li><li>Measure and report on the status and effectiveness of master data projects and their contribution to corporate objectives.</li><li>Facilitate and coordinate all aspects of Master Data-specific system and process testing</li></ul><h3><i><u>Who You Are</u></i></h3><p>You are a person that likes to keep things organized. You’re agile and adaptable but work with precision to enable your peers to deliver on multiple large-scale cross functional corporate initiatives. You’re comfortable highlighting how the work is staying aligned with business objectives, and ways we can drive process efficiency.</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field</li><li>5+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on data management, data governance, or enterprise systems.</li><li>Proven track record of delivering complex data projects in a large, matrixed organization.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile methodologies and change management best practices.</li><li>Understands master data management
