<p><strong><em>A bit about the team and what you'll deliver...</em></strong></p><p>Reporting to the SVP, Business Development - Americas, we are seeking a highly motivated <strong>Partner Manager</strong> to drive growth through our reseller network and leverage relationships with OEM mobile device partners to grow our joint business and generate referrals within the Americas sales territory. This role is key to expanding <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/trustonic">Trustonic</a>’s presence, forging strategic partnerships, and enabling sales success through our partner ecosystem.</p><p>Please note; this is a fixed-term maternity leave cover position. The contract will end upon the return of the employee from maternity leave or at the end of the agreed fixed-term period, in accordance with local employment legislation.</p><p>As the <strong>Partner Manager</strong> your key responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li><strong>Managing Existing Partnerships</strong>: Overseeing current partner relationships to ensure they are effective, sustainable, and aligned with the company's objectives.</li><li><strong>Developing New Partnerships</strong>: Identifying, recruiting, and negotiating deals with new partners to expand the company's reach and capabilities.</li><li><strong>Collaborating Cross-Functionally</strong>: Working with sales, marketing, product, and development teams to develop partnership strategies and ensure successful integration and execution of partnership initiatives.</li><li><strong>Driving Partner Engagement</strong>: Creating and implementing strategies to engage partners, including onboarding, training, and co-marketing campaigns, to maximize mutual benefits.</li><li><strong>Monitoring Performance</strong>: Tracking and analysing partnership performance, ensuring alignment with business goals, and making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.</li><li><strong>Strategic partner prospecting</strong>: grow <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/trustonic">Trustonic</a>’s partner ecosystem within strategic markets within the territory. </li><li><strong>Regional Strategy</strong>: Understanding regional macro and micro channel structures and routes to market, total addressable market, analysis of regional and country opportunities linked to partners and potential customers </li></ul><h3><em>Who you are...</em></h3><p>As a <strong>Partner Manager</strong> you are:</p><ul><li>able to thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving, small team environment</li><li>able balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on tactical work to get things done quickly</li><li>excellent in triage with the ability to prioritize projects and work</li><li>entrepreneurial with an inherent sense of urgency; not afraid to take risks and get things done quickly while maintaining high standards</li><li>customer and business oriented</li><li>prepared to invest whatever effort is required to get the job done (including travel)</li><li>tenacious with a prob
